EventLink is Evansville Day School’s comprehensive calendar management system that ensures you stay informed about school events, meetings, activities, and important dates. Follow this simple guide to subscribe to the calendars relevant to your interests.
Step-by-Step Guide to Using EventLink
- Create an EventLink Account:
- Visit eventlink.com.
- Click on “Create Account” in the top right of your screen.
- Enter “Evansville Day School” in the “School Name or Zip Code” field.
- Click the + sign to add Evansville Day School to the “My Subscriptions” field, and then click “Next.”
- Enter your personal details, create a username and password, agree to the Terms of Use and Private Policy, and then click “Complete Registration.”
- You must enter an email address.
- You may enter a cell phone number.
- You will be required to enter an activation code prior to your being able to view the calendar for the first time.
- Subscribe to Evansville Day School Calendars:
- Once logged in and your activation code has been accepted, you will see all available calendars for the school.
- By default, you are subscribed to the primary ”Evansville Day School” calendar for essential school-wide events and updates.
- Additionally, you may subscribe to specialized calendars that match your specific interests. To subscribe, click on the + sign next to the group calendar(s) to which you wish to subscribe.
- Click “Save” to record your preferences.
- Changing Your Contact Information and Preferences:
- You may update your email, address, and cell phone information by clicking on your name and then “Manage Profile” in the top right of the screen.
- You may add or delete ways in which you agree to be contacted (email or cell phone) in the “My Contacts” box at the bottom of the “Manage: Profile” screen.
- Accessing, Updating, and Exporting Your Calendars:
- You can view your subscribed calendars online at any time via the EventLink website or through the EventLink app, available for iOS and Android devices.
- You may view the list of all calendars available and update your subscriptions at any time by clicking “My Calendars / Manage My Calendars” on the left side of the screen.
- You may also export calendar feeds to your preferred calendar by clicking “My Calendars / Export All Subscriptions.”
