How to Visit, Interview, and Apply

Choosing the right school is one of the most important decisions you’ll make for your family. At Evansville Day School, our admissions process is designed to be simple, transparent, and supportive—ensuring you feel confident every step of the way.

We are committed to making a Day School education accessible for all families. Through financial aid and programs like the School Choice Voucher, we work with each family to ensure affordability. At Day School, every child is welcomed into a community that inspires a love of learning and celebrates individuality.

Steps To Enroll

Start your journey by submitting our Inquiry Form or contacting our Admission Associate, Carla Englebright, at 812.476.3039. This initial step allows us to connect with your family, learn more about your needs, and provide personalized guidance on the next steps.

Seeing our school in action is the best way to understand what makes Evansville Day School special. Schedule a tour to explore our beautiful campus, meet our educators, and experience our vibrant learning environment firsthand. During your visit, our admissions team will answer any questions you may have about programs, facilities, or the school culture.

When you’re ready, complete our online application form. This step includes a non-refundable $52 application fee. After submitting the form, you’ll receive a confirmation email with further instructions. Our Admissions Team will also reach out to coordinate your child’s visit day.

Your child’s visit to Day School is an exciting opportunity to experience our vibrant, welcoming community. They’ll participate in engaging, age-appropriate classroom activities, meet inspiring teachers, and connect with future classmates—all in a supportive environment designed to spark curiosity and confidence.  Afterward, our Admissions Team will follow up to share insights, answer your questions, and ensure a seamless next step in the admissions process.

Once all steps are complete, our Admissions Office will notify you of the admission decision. Upon acceptance, you’ll receive an enrollment contract to officially secure your child’s place at Evansville Day School. Our team will guide you through completing the necessary paperwork and preparing for the first day of school.
