How to Visit, Interview, and Apply

Joining the Day School Community

Choosing the right school is one of the most important decisions you’ll make for your family. At Evansville Day School, our admissions process is designed to be simple, transparent, and supportive—ensuring you feel confident every step of the way.

We are committed to making a Day School education accessible for all families. Through financial aid and programs like the School Choice Voucher, we work with each family to ensure affordability. At Day School, every child is welcomed into a community that inspires a love of learning and celebrates individuality.

Admissions Timeline

Begin your journey by submitting our Inquiry Form. This initial step allows us to connect with your family, learn more about your needs, and provide personalized guidance on the next steps.

This is one of our most important steps, we value the opportunity to meet you, show you our community in action, and answer your questions in person.

After your tour, you will be invited to apply. The application consists of a general application form and a reference letter.

We take a thoughtful, age-appropriate approach to getting to know each child. Through classroom visits and admission events, we seek to understand your child’s social, emotional, and academic development. Just as importantly, helps your child experience a day in our community.

Families will receive an admission decision following the completion of the application and student visit.

Families may apply for tuition assistance by separate application. This form will need to be completed each year.

Accepted families will receive enrollment materials to officially join our school. A $400 deposit secures your child’s place in their class and is applied toward tuition.
