Upper School Student Council

eds upper school student council

It is important for students to have a forum to present new ideas and argue for new approaches, to share thoughts about their school in general, to discuss student or faculty issues and possibly resolve conflicts, to play a role in effecting policy by acting as a liaison between the faculty and students, and to plan a variety of social events like the All-School Picnic, Homecoming, Field Day, and a bonfire.

Student Council offers the opportunity to do all of that and more.  Student-elected representatives and officers participate firsthand in student government and develop leadership and organizational skills that will serve them well for life.
