In the spirit of giving of to others, developing our gifts and talents, and identifying the needs within and beyond our community, Evansville Day School continually seeks community service projects in which to participate. Whether this is done through grade level-specific projects or by clubs or small groups, many opportunities are presented to our school for service projects as our reputation grows for “getting the job done.” Additionally, we have clubs with the mission of community service, the Key Club at the Upper School level and its feeder program, the Builder’s Club, consisting of our Middle School students. Whatever the project, our students share a great sense of pride and self-worth in completing these service opportunities. We share a strong bond as we experience the roles as servant leaders and grow personally by knowing we have made a difference.
