At the core of our Upper School philosophy is the goal of creating and maintaining a strong parent/student/faculty partnership. To achieve this, we use communication through personal face-to-face conferences, mailings, email, and RenWeb, our student database system.
In the course of our four-year program, each faculty member follows eight to ten students, serving as mentor and advisor. This relationship helps guide students through their coursework, assists them as they pursue membership in the Indiana Academic Honors program, and charts a course toward their chosen colleges and universities.
