E Academy
E Academy, Evansville Day School’s two-week summer program, provides enrichment activities in the areas of theatre, art, science, and physical education. Students may attend either half-day or full-day with age appropriate classes. For Primary and Middle School students, a mini-camp format is scheduled so that students participate in all activities. We provide an optional afternoon program of featuring theatre, music, and dance. Driver’s Education and Studio Art are available to Upper School students.
E Academy is open to both Day School students as well as to children throughout the community and operates during the first two full weeks of June.
Watermelon Express
Children in Pre-School (including entering First Graders) are invited to attend Watermelon Express, a half-day summer camp focusing on the arts. Participants are encouraged to express themselves through a variety of media. Youngsters explore cultural aspects of art, drama and storytelling, and enjoy a variety of physical activities. Two days each week, the Express will roll out on field trips to local areas of interest exploring the unusual and unique. Snacks, supplies, and t-shirts are provided.
