Evansville Day School is fortunate to offer an annual outdoor education experience specifically designed for Grades Six and Seven. This three-day off-campus intensive features many activities that focus on our core values of Personal Discipline, Respect, Compassion, Integrity, Responsibility, and Excellence. The program combines outdoor education experiences involving Science, Math, History, and Writing skills as well as team building and challenge activities lead by outdoor education staff leaders and EDS teachers. This unique opportunity has proven to be a great learning experience and prompts student participants to develop self-confidence while challenging them to grow both personally and as a group. The lessons learned and experiences gained continue to be incorporated throughout the school year.
