Facts and Figures

At Evansville Day School, we believe the process of learning analytically, critically, and purposefully leads to outstanding standardized test results.

Our students achieve high scores in every measurement:  SAT, ACT, ERB, Advanced Placement (AP), Northwestern University Midwest Academic Talent Search (NWMATS), etc.  Detailed score information is listed below.  Highlights include:

  • 100% of high school seniors sit for the SAT, with average scores well above the state and national averages.
  • 100% of high school graduates attend college.
  • Those 2011 graduates who received merit or assistance awards averaged more than $150,000 in college scholarship and financial assistance monies.
  • Graduates overwhelmingly report they were prepared for college and are excelling.

  • Critical Reading:  595
  • Math:  596

2009-2011 Advanced Placement (AP) Examinations:

  • 83% of students taking the AP exam scored 3 or above, a score generally considered a minimum for college credit on a scale of 1-5.
  • 63% of students taking AP exam scored 4 or above.
